This page explains how to request deletion of your HoupulFit account and the personal data associated with it. HoupulFit is operated by HOUSE PULSE LIMITED (NZ Company 9304370, NZBN 9429052554209).
You can request deletion at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
Your account and associated data will be removed within 30 days of a successful request.
Account Deletion.We will verify that the request came from the registered email address and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may reply requesting additional information if we cannot verify ownership.
Username, email, display name, fitness preferences, gamification state.
Workout sessions, sets, exercise configurations, schedules, programs.
Posts, comments, likes, direct messages and conversations.
Custom templates, check-ins, saved preferences.
To comply with applicable law and our financial-reporting obligations, a small amount of information is retained after deletion:
Confirmation. After successful deletion you will be signed out and we will no longer be able to recover your account. If you change your mind later, you are welcome to create a new HoupulFit account.
